Allan Park Management Unit

 

Allan Park Management Unit is one of the most popular properties owned by Saugeen Conservation!

With over 162 hectares of rolling forested landscape and the impressive pond area, Allan Park is a terrific location to spend an afternoon. This day-use park is open to the public on a year-round basis. Enjoy a picnic by the pond, cast a fishing line, or take a trek back to explore the vast trail system; via foot, ski or snowshoe. Cycling and birding are other popular past times which are regularly enjoyed by visitors to the park. 

Looking for that ideal tobogganing hill.... Look no further! Allan Park Conservation Area is a great place to give the toboggan a work-out.

Enjoy the annual Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) licence-free family fishing weekend held in July.  There is a small scenic pond at Allan Park which is stocked annually by the MNR. Please note: Fishing is subject to MNR regulations, Unit 16.

Allan Park Management Unit is located 2.4 km south of the Hamlet of Allan Park (Hwy 4 between Hanover and Durham). Follow the signs.
